At the heart of the U3000 Pro are Sony STARVIS 2 image sensors front and rear, delivering real 4K UHD recording at the front and crisp 2K QHD recording at the rear. These advanced sensors are designed to handle challenging conditions such as glare, reflections, fast-moving traffic, and high-contrast lighting, ensuring critical details like number plates and road signs remain clear and readable.

Both cameras feature Dual HDR processing to balance bright highlights and deep shadows in real time. This allows the U3000 Pro to capture lifelike footage in situations where standard dash cameras struggle, such as direct sunlight, tunnels, night driving, or sudden changes in lighting. The included CPL filter further reduces windscreen glare and reflections for cleaner daytime footage.

For low-light performance, Super Night Vision 4.0 enhances nighttime recordings by optimising sensitivity and reducing image noise. The result is brighter, sharper footage on poorly lit roads, car parks, and suburban streets, giving you confidence that important details are preserved even after dark.

The U3000 Pro also excels when your vehicle is parked. With multiple Parking Surveillance modes including Motion and Impact Detection, Time Lapse, Energy Saving Mode 2.0, and advanced Radar Parking Mode, your vehicle remains protected for extended periods with minimal battery drain. Dual built-in radar sensors allow the camera to monitor surroundings efficiently and prioritise recording the most important moments in the event of an incident.

Connectivity and usability are equally impressive. Built-in GPS, Bluetooth, 5GHz Wi-Fi, and compatibility with the THINKWARE CONNECTED^ platform allow you to stay informed and in control. Paired with Thinkware’s intuitive app, you can review footage, adjust settings, receive alerts, and access driving data with ease. Expand your surveillance to 3-Channels with the optional Infrared Cabin Camera (Model: U3KPIR - Sold separately). With a Full HD 1080p infrared image quality, the Interior Camera records with color during the day, and its Infrared lights make this camera perfect for recording the cabin in low-light conditions. This accessory cannot be used in conjunction with the LTE Module accessory (Model LTEMOD)
