ARC800 4K UHD FRONT & 1080P HD REAR DASH CAM KIT - 64GB

Introducing the Thinkware ARC800, a 2-channel dash cam built to deliver exceptional clarity in every driving condition. The front camera records in 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 @30fps) or 2K QHD (2560 x 1440 @60fps), while the rear camera captures in 1080P Full HD, giving drivers a high-detail record in both directions.

Powered by Sony's latest STARVIS 2 image sensor (8.4MP, 1/1.8"), the ARC 800 delivers noticeably less motion blur and lower image noise than previous-generation sensors, particularly after dark. This is paired with AI Image Processing for genuine AI Night Vision, intelligently reducing noise and restoring fine detail in low light, and HDR to balance bright highlights against dark shadows in scenarios like tunnels, oncoming headlights and direct sun (supported on both front and rear cameras, active in continuous recording mode).

A 146-degree diagonal front viewing angle captures a wider field of the road ahead, reducing blind spots, while the rear camera covers 125-degrees. The unit is compact, fitting discreetly behind the windscreen without crowding the driver's sightline.

The ARC800 features a 2.3-inch LCD IPS touchscreen, letting drivers swipe through recordings, adjust settings and review playback directly on the unit. Built-in Wi-Fi supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands (user-configurable), giving customers the flexibility to prioritise range or transfer speed depending on their setup. For even faster access to footage, the ARC800's USB-C port also supports direct file transfer, a first for a Thinkware dash cam, letting customers connect the unit straight to a smartphone or computer using their own data-capable USB-C cable for quicker downloads than Wi-Fi alone. The unit supports MicroSD cards up to 512GB.

Parking protection is comprehensive, with Motion Detection, Time Lapse and Energy Saving modes available when hardwired, each with adjustable sensitivity. Battery Protection settings let installers set a cut-off voltage matched to the vehicle type, helping prevent flat batteries during extended parking surveillance (hardwiring cable and professional installation recommended).

For customers wanting expanded coverage, the ARC800 is compatible with the THINKWARE Multiplexer Box, exterior infrared camera, exterior side-view cameras and interior cabin camera (all sold separately) for up to 5-channel recording.

THINKWARE CONNECTED^ requires the optional LTE Module (Model: LTEMOD, sold separately), giving customers remote vehicle monitoring, impact notifications, last parking location and remote live view through the THINKWARE CONNECTED app once the module and an LTE SIM are installed.
