Super Night Vision Explained

See In The Dark With

Super Night Vision

The Super Night Vision feature was introduced on the F770 and X550. But what does Super Night Vision do exactly? We give you the rundown below!

Low-light environments such as dark alleys or parking lots make it very difficult for most dash cams to record clear useable footage. Thinkware Dash Cams equipped with Super Night Vision use Advanced Image Signal Processing (ISP) technology to record a clear, visible video in low-light situations.

Under low light conditions, important details could easily be missed. It's exactly why we introduced Super Night Vision.

The increased sensitivity meant brighter and clearer footage to provide you with the all the details possible that are especially critical for hit-and-runs and vandalism that happen throughout the night.
